Solution: have a rejuvenating massage, either Swedish (Holistic) or Deep Tissue, or a combination of both. I also give healing Reiki treatments and Reiki massage.

Are you pregnant, with back aches, general aches or pains? Need to relax from the day’s activity? I also offer pregnancy massage for women past their first trimester. Research has shown that regular massage during a woman’s second and third trimester helps to encourage a deeper mother/baby bond and prepares the body for giving birth.
